Graduate Recruitment Program
The State Property Authority’s Graduate Employment Program aims to fast track the recruitment of appropriately qualified people with leading edge know-how who will foster innovation and continuous improvement in the Authority’s service delivery capability.
Under the program, two graduate recruits undertake cross-functional work placements and gain experience and understanding of various property management, legal, corporate management and business activities and functions. As employees of the Authority, graduates are also provided with learning and development opportunities, for example, participation in internal and external training courses or attendance at seminars.
At the conclusion of the program, and subject to satisfactory performance, graduates may be offered permanent appointment within the Authority.
