Barry Douse, BA (Hons), EMPA, GAICD
Barry has worked extensively across government and his experience extends to senior management roles in NSW State Rail, NSW Police and the Land and Property Information division of the former LPMA, where he held strategic planning, organisation development and sustainability roles. Barry has extensive experience in property management, procurement, contracting, strategic planning, relationship management and business services.
Barry has a strong property focus and commercial background. He has long term involvement in outsourcing and service competition and was responsible for procurement and contracting in NSW Police.

Simon Furness, MBA, BSc (Hons)
Simon is a former corporate senior executive with a proven record of success in a range of blue-chip organisations. He has delivered strong results in the procurement and life-cycle management of infrastructure and built assets, to meet strategic and operational objectives.
Simon spent 10 years in senior line management roles in market-leading telecommunications corporations. For the past 5 years, he has held senior executive roles in the NSW public sector, including the Department of Attorney General and Justice.

Lindsay Haraldson, Dip Bus (REM), FAPI
Lindsay has held senior positions in various government departments over a number of years, including the Department of Attorney General and Justice, Property Services Group and the State Property Division of the former Department of Commerce. He has also worked in the private sector in the management of commercial real estate. Lindsay has been involved in the management of government property for over 25 years and has a major role in the development and implementation of the NSW Government’s office accommodation and property reform program.
Lindsay has a strong management background, combined with extensive property sector and public sector knowledge. He has been heavily involved at a managerial level in the development of the State Property Authority since its inception.

Vince Spanhel, Dip Bus (REM)
Vince has held senior positions in various government departments over a number of years, including the Government Real Estate Branch of the Housing Commission, the Office Accommodation Bureau, the Attorney General’s Department, the Property Services Group, the Accommodation Policy Division of the Department of Public Works and Services and the State Property Division of the former Department of Commerce. He has been involved in the management of government property for over 30 years. Since 1995, Vince has played a major role in the development and implementation of the NSW Government’s office accommodation and property reform program.
He has a strong management background, combined with extensive property sector and public sector knowledge. Since its inception, Vince has been heavily involved at a managerial level in the evolution of the State Property Authority.
