The SPA Helpdesk was launched on 1 October 2010 to provide NSW Government tenants and building managers with a responsive and personalised service for building or maintenance issues.
The helpdesk is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 1300 784 841 or by visiting the SPA Helpdesk.
Using the online facility, tenants can submit a work order, track its progress or update the order, and also notify the helpdesk team of the progress or quality of the work.
