The Authority is undertaking a number of initiatives to improve the environmental performance of the property it manages and to assist government agency tenants with their sustainability requirements.
These initiatives are primarily focused on office accommodation and fall within the Office Building Strategy under the Government's Sustainability Policy being implemented in consultation with the Department of Environment, Climate Change and Water.
