Crown Reserves Reporting System (CRRS)

The Crown Reserve Reporting System (CRRS) is an online facility which allows trusts to lodge their annual reports electronically. All trusts are required to submit an annual report to the Minister for Lands as prescribed in section 122 of the Crown Lands Act 1989 and section 35 of the Commons Management Act 1989, with reserve trusts required to submit by the 30 September each year, and common trusts within two months of the end of the trust financial period, which is usually the 31 August each year. CRRS also allows trusts to view and retrieve annual reports previously submitted online, making it easier for trusts to provide information.

The Crown reserve reporting requirements provide important information to support the partnership between the LPMA and trusts in the management of the Crown reserves. The reserve trust handbook provides further information on managing Crown reserves.

Completing an annual report in CRRS

To complete the annual report online you will need the following information for the period you are reporting on.

  • Trust board details (applies only to trust boards).
  • Trust Board meetings (applies only to trust boards).
  • Reserve trust ABN (if not previously supplied).
  • Number of staff, volunteers and contractors engaged.
  • Details of any OHS or code of conduct programs.
  • Delegated functions.
  • A copy of current audits (applies only to trusts boards, caravan parks and showgrounds).
  • Usage details.
  • Details of any marketing of the reserve(s).
  • Details of any funding received for the reserve(s).
  • Details of any leases and licenses on the reserve(s).
  • Details of any insurances of the reserve(s).
  • Details of any assets on the reserve(s).
  • Details of any improvements to the reserve(s).
  • Financial statements/reports for each reserve.
  • Details of any plans of management.
  • The number of facilities (applies only to caravan parks).
  • Details of any accreditation (applies only to caravan parks).

How to login to CRRS

1  Open the SIX portal

2  Enter your username and password (a username and password can be obtained by emailing the reserve trust name and your name to CRRS@lpma.nsw.gov.au)

Logon to SIX


3  Select the Services tab at the top left hand corner of the screen

4  Select Crown Services from the menu on the left

5  Select Crown Reserve Reporting from the menu on the left

6  Select Click here to launch CRRS from the bottom of the page

7  Tip: add this page to My Favourites to allow Click here to launch CRRS to be selected from step 3 in future logins
