Welcome to the summer e-newsletter for reserve trust members throughout New South Wales.
The onset of the warm summer weather means it is the ideal time to get out and about and enjoy the many and varied activities on offer at Crown reserves across the state.
In this issue of the enewsletter you can read about the exciting developments at Sulphide Street Station Railway and Historical Museum in Broken Hill as well as the third annual Sculpture Walk that will take place at Sydney’s Rookwood Cemetery.
You can also find out who won the Crown Reserve Trust Award at this year’s NSW/ACT Regional Achievement and Community Awards.
This newsletter highlights the many and varied activities that take place on Crown reserves as well as the support provided by the NSW Government through funding initiatives.
Our community needs people like you to help manage local facilities so that the natural and recreational resources of Crown reserves are enjoyed and safeguarded.
So, enjoy reading about what your fellow trust board members have been doing and let your friends know about this newsletter and about the great things that can be achieved by reserve trust boards.
And remember – if your trust is doing great work for the local community send in your story and let people know.
